This Corporation is a non-profit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. The corporation is organized under the non-profit public benefit corporation law for charitable and educational purposes.
The program (s) will consist of but shall not be
limited to: Supportive Services and Referral; Cancer Wellness; Financial assistance and Literacy, Mentoring programs to facilitate growth in faith and independent; Mentorship; Juvenile Interventions; Job training and Job Placement; Substance Abuse; Support Groups and Advocacy; Athlete Support and Helping to Excel; Community Development and other programs to aide those at risk.
This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
